In that case, we would request a picture of the issue which we will then review. If approved we will remake the item & ship it out to you at no extra cost.  That's right, shipping is on us. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your item to reach you, may vary.

We don't refund sizing issues, Please refer to the measurements in the size charts provided on each item listing before purchasing to avoid any issues.
